Well, You must go on the voice "User" under your name on the top of the page.
When you put your mouse pointer on the word "User" you can see some new voices like "Profile" or "Edit Userpage".
Select profile with a click a then find the voice "Avatar" or "Signature".
You can also go on the section FAQ and select "User Page Guide".
